Being a Mentee
Catholic Connect is perfect for students, graduates, and young professionals who are in the early stages of their career. Our mentees come from all backgrounds and disciplines including law, medicine, economics, politics, business and media.

We know having the right connections can be invaluable – that's why we give you a choice of mentors from our wide network of Catholic professionals. You'll have the chance to meet our mentors at Catholic Connect events and chat to them about their faith and career.

Once you've been connected with a mentor, we will help arrange a 45-60 minute monthly meeting at a regular time and place (or online, though we recommend in person). We kindly ask that you refrain from rescheduling meetings unless absolutely necessary – Catholic Connect is a voluntary program and so we must respect our mentors' time.

Your Mentor Catch Ups will give you the opportunity to chat confidentially about your studies, work, challenges, goals, and most importantly, your faith. We take a hands off approach but are happy to help structure a meeting plan for your first few Mentor Catch Ups.
